The firm has specialised in undertaking project work for corporate regulators, providing advisory services including the drafting and issuing of liability reducing determinations, longtail claim projects, the development of procedures associated with statutory recovery actions, and the pursuing of such actions achieving recovery of compensation payments from negligent third parties, running to millions of dollars.
